America's Promise Program

AAVA supports Gen. Colin Powell (ret) and the America's promise program.  We are committed to mentoring 5000 youth nationwide by year 2003. To date, 4,00 have received hands on training, 32 scholarships/grants have been awarded and 73 volunteers recruited to help our cause!
